Defining the overall quality control policies and procedures for the organization.Managing testing teams:
Leading and mentoring teams of testers and analysts.Overseeing testing activities:
Ensuring that all testing phases--from unit testing to user acceptance testing--are performed effectively.Monitoring metrics and reporting:
Tracking key quality metrics, such as defect density and test coverage, and reporting them to senior management.Improving processes:
Continuously seeking to optimize and enhance the software quality control process.Job Type: Full-time
