Position:

QC Engineer

Experience:

2-5 yrs

Industry:

Industrial Mgf

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage quality control processes for filter elements and housings.

Develop and implement inspection protocols, including in-process and final product testing. Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for non-conformances. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME).

Oversee calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment. Prepare and analyze quality reports and metrics.

Review and approve fabrication procedures, welding processes, and filtration system designs.

Ensure quality standards are met in the fabrication of filter elements, including media pleating, bonding, and housing assembly.
