TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

Roundness tester m/co Roughness tester m/c , Microscopeo Contour tester Coordinate measuring machine operating. Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Slip gauge, Mill mess, Pneumatic gauge, Dead centre Good Knowledge of GD & T Parameters. Good Knowledge of Visual Defects. Good Knowledge of Quality Checking Instrument Good Knowledge of Form Testing Machine. Good Knowledge of CMM & Microscope Good Knowledge of SPC, 7QC TOOLS, Poisson Test. Basic Knowledge of Instrument Calibration

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

:

Attending daily morning meeting & sharing defects information with team. Need to Visit Vendor Place for MAchine FAT. Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet. First Part Approval Inspection. Model Change Inspection & Model Change Sheet. Line Audit Inspection & Line Audit Sheet. Monthly Layout Inspection. Accuracy Assessment report.
