Quality Systems & Data Analysis:

Proficient in QMS software, SPC, and data analysis tools.

Quality Standards & Lean Principles:

In-depth understanding of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FDA) and familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement.

Technical Acumen:

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting.

Problem Solving & Detail-Oriented:

Meticulous in inspections, skilled at root cause analysis, and developing solutions.

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting, cross-functional teamwork, and training.

Independent & Team Player:

Capable of working independently, collaboratively within a team, and potentially leading others.

Organizational & Adaptability:

Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, data-driven decision-making, and thrives in dynamic environments.
