Department:

Quality Control

Responsibilities:



Monitor quality of

raw materials, in-process, and finished products

Ensure quality control during

freezing, retort processing, and freeze-drying operations

Check

temperature, time, pressure, moisture, and packaging integrity

Follow

GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards

Conduct basic

lab testing and sensory evaluation

Maintain QC records and support audits

Qualification:



M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / B.Sc / Diploma

in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Biotechnology / Oil Technology / Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Safety & QA or equivalent

Experience:



2 to 5 years

relevant experience in

Frozen Foods / Retort / Freeze Drying or Snack Food & Beverages industries


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,928.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
