Job Description

Job Summary:

The QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet established quality standards. This includes inspecting materials, monitoring processes, and conducting tests during construction, production, or installation phases. The role also involves documentation, reporting, and coordinating with project and engineering teams to rectify any deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Implement and maintain quality control systems and inspection procedures.

? Conduct routine inspections and tests of materials, components, and construction work to ensure compliance with specifications.

? Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and quality standards.

? Identify and document non-conformances, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

? Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.

? Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers to resolve quality issues.

? Monitor work at various stages to ensure adherence to project standards and safety norms.

? Assist in internal and external audits and prepare relevant documentation.

? Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

? Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product/process quality.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

? 2-5 years of QC experience in [construction, manufacturing, etc.].

? Knowledge of ISO standards, quality norms, and relevant industry codes.

? Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, test methods, and quality tools.

? Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications (for real estate/construction).

? Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.

? Familiar with tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, or QA/QC software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
