Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for conformance to specifications. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and control plans. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory). Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and quality tools. Train production staff on quality control standards and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical . 2-5 years of experience in quality control in an engineering industry. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001. Familiarity with measurement tools. Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Experience in welding or fabrication inspection.
