Job Title: Engineer - QC

Department: Quality Control

Location: Navsari, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

? Carry out inspection and testing of raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates,

water, admixtures, etc.) as per IS codes and project specifications.

? Monitor and verify reinforcement placement, shuttering, and concrete casting

processes for RC beds.

? Conduct slump tests, cube casting, and maintain proper curing and testing

records.

? Maintain and update all QC documents, reports, and calibration records of

testing equipment.

? Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) in coordination with the

QA/QC Manager.

? Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous

compliance with QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and ITP (Inspection Test

Plan).

? Support internal and client inspections and prepare necessary documentation

for approvals.

? Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards throughout the plant.

? Participate in periodic audits and ensure continuous improvement in quality

systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

? 3-6 years of experience in Quality Control within precast, concrete

sleeper, or RC bed manufacturing plants.

? Strong understanding of concrete mix design, reinforcement detailing, and

testing procedures.

? Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.

Key Skills:

? Excellent observation and reporting ability.

? Sound technical knowledge of concrete and material testing.

? Strong coordination and communication skills.

? Commitment to maintaining product quality and process integrity.
