to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
Generate new business and manage existing clients across industries, consultants, PMC, and MNCs.
Understand customer requirements and pitch the right technical solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Present complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
QA/QC & Technical Support
Support QA/QC activities for:
11-33 KV Indoor VCB Panels, Compact Substations, CR Panels
LT Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, DG Sync, DBs up to 6300A)
Cable Trays, Bus Ducts, IT Server Racks, EV Chargers
Ensure compliance with
IEC 61439 / IEC 61641
standards.
Participate in inspections, ISO audits, and vendor approval audits.
Coordinate with R&D for product improvement.
Ensure monthly QA/QC and ISO records are completed and signed (KPI-driven).
Documentation
Maintain Type Test Reports, QAP/SOP/MOP/ROP.
Handle inspection checklists (inward, assembly, wiring, final inspection, before packing).
Conduct LT/HT panel testing as per approved QAP.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in
Electrical Engineering
(preferred).
Experience in electrical panel sales and/or QA/QC.
Strong technical and commercial understanding.
Excellent communication skills (English + local language).
Own vehicle mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
