Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Location: Mulund west Maharashtra, India

Experience: 3-5 years (can be adjusted based on your need)

Industry: 3D Printing / Prototyping

About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturer of 3d Printed Prototypes , injection molds and plastic molded components, serving various industries with precision-engineered solutions. We are looking to strengthen our Quality team by adding QC Engineers to maintain and elevate our product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic prototypes / 3D printed parts

Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

Ensure product quality as per drawing specifications, customer standards, and ISO/quality documentation.

Conduct part inspection and prepare inspection reports.

Identify non-conformities and work with production/design teams for corrective actions.

Maintain records of inspection results and manage quality documentation (e.g., in-process inspection reports, rejection logs).

Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure calibration of inspection tools is up to date.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action reports (CAPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in any Engineering stream

3-5 years of experience in quality inspection in plastic products related manufacturing industry.

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using quality measurement instruments.

Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation practices will be added advantage
