Job Description

Conduct Physical inspections, measurements, and tests of Machines used in Construction Domain
Verify that machines meet specifications and quality standards.
Perform non-destructive testing as needed.
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances during inspections.
Record and report inspection results, including test results in the ERP.
Maintain up-to-date inspection logs, reports, and databases to ensure traceability.
Maintain Audit Reports and complete Documentation.
Participate in root cause analysis meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality audits.
Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on quality standards and inspection methods.
Use a range of precision measuring tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect machines..
*Set up and maintain testing equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.

*Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding quality inspection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Experience:

Construction inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
