Job Description

Required Male candidate graduated in Diploma/Btech -Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in high-rise building construction. Immediate joiners preferred.

KRA as given below:

Implement and monitor the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.*
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for MEP installations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.*
Verify that all MEP works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and relevant codes and standards*
Inspect materials upon delivery to ensure conformity with approved material submittals and specifications.*
Review and maintain MEP quality documentation including inspection checklists, test reports, calibration certificates, material approvals, and QA/QC logs.*
Conduct internal MEP quality audits, prepare audit observation reports.*
Monitor installation testing and commissioning activities such as insulation resistance tests, pressure tests, and functional performance tests.*
Coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality compliance and timely resolution of non-conformities.*
Identify, record, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.*
Assist in preparing and reviewing Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists for all MEP systems.*
Liaise with consultants and clients for inspection requests, work approvals, and quality documentation submissions.*
Promote a strong quality culture by ensuring best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement in all MEP-related site activities.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
