Key Responsibilities:

Perform receiving inspection of submersible motor & pump parts Generate and verify chemical test reports through material testing Verify material test reports (MTR) Prepare rejection data reports based on incoming material inspection Prepare inspection reports for incoming materials and submit daily/monthly CR, MR, R/W part reports to the inward department Maintain supplier-wise dimensional inspection reports and material test records Verify hydrostatic pressure test reports Support new development activities including drill jigs, fixtures, drawings, and maintain related records Verify ISO dimensional and fitment reports Lead and implement

5S activities

as a team leader Coordinate with vendor development team Knowledge of chemical analysis and testing reports Sound understanding of ISO standards Knowledge of patterns and metrology instruments Strong documentation and inspection skills
