Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures. Perform regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to ensure quality goals are met. Provide training and support on quality standards and processes. Suggest and implement continual improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO standards or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
