- QC Engineer (Solar Power)

About the Role:
The QC Engineer will be responsible for supervising, inspecting, and ensuring the quality and timely erection of solar power projects. The role requires hands-on experience in solar plant erection, site supervision, and quality assurance to ensure smooth execution as per industry standards.
Key Role Objectives:
Supervise solar project erection and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across project stages.
Inspect equipment, structures, and installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
Prepare site reports, maintain quality documentation, and ensure timely project updates.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues at the erection site.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with solar industry standards.
Basic Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years in solar power erection, quality control, or related field.
Strong knowledge of solar installation processes, quality inspection, and project supervision.
Proficiency in handling quality documentation, checklists, and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work at project sites and handle day-to-day supervision.
Salary:
30,000 - 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
