Position Overview
The
Injection Moulding Quality Engineer
plays a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality plastic components. The role involves overseeing quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting the manufacturing of products for
Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Deep Freezers, and other white goods
. The position also focuses on improving production efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Qualification
Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
or
CIPET
Experience
2 to 3 years
of experience in the
Quality Department of Plastic Injection Moulding Industries
Key Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to investigate and resolve product and process issues
Knowledge of quality systems and ISO standards
Good coordination and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality standards and control systems for plastic injection molding processes
Monitor and analyze quality performance to identify areas for improvement
Inspect and test raw materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met
Collaborate with operations and production teams to implement quality controls and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Investigate production or product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
