Experienced with Fabrication & Sheet Metal component industry for domestic & Export projects. Added advantage of Railway Interior industry
Should be familiar with Manufacturing Process - Welding, Machining, Riveting, Assembly, Gluing, Liquid Painting
-: Job Requirements :-
? To check the pending quality order and plan the day-to-day inspection activity.
? To carryout incoming inspection of Fabricated part as per the quality plan.
? To carryout in process inspection of fabrication part and approve in process inspection report.
? To Inspect and certified the final product of Fabrication.
? To check the fabricated parts for packing and identifications/ Printing of MS Crates and fill the packing list.
? To verify the list of instruments for due date of calibration and organize internal or external calibration activity.
? To fill the NCRS for incoming external provider, internal non-conformity, Final Product non-conformity and non-conformity received form customer.
? Coordination with interested parties for taking CAPA and closing the NCRs.
? Maintaining the ISO Documents, Records, Procedures, List, Plan, Work Instruction and manuals as per the documented procedure of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/TS 22163 Standards.
? To control the monthly rejection and arranged disposal in consultation with store after approval of MD.
? To Prepared PDI, FAI reports for customer as and when required.
? To organize raw material inspection and testing activity e.g. cutting the sample filling the test report, sending to testing agency, organize in house testing, prepared dimensional inspection report and submit the report to manager quality for final approval.
? To maintain following documents and records for quality control dept.
In Coming Job work material register.
Monthly Rejection Register.
Dispatch Record Register.
Raw Material Testing Register.
Incoming, in-process, Final Inspection report files.
? To plan, to inform, to organize and to maintain the External and Internal Audit of ISO 9001:2015.
? To Audit the quality management system of External provider as per the audit plan.
? To carry out the Internal Audit as per ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO/TS 22163.
prepare the observation report and send it to responsible department.
Raise the audit NCR if any non-conformity is observed during audit.
Guidance to auditee for process and quality approach.
Review the procedure and guide the implementation if required.
? To visit the external provider for resolving the quality problem of their supplied.
? To review and verify the RMTC for raw materials related welding activities and clearance the Quality order in ERP system.
? Co-ordinate with NPD department for new product development.
? Item creation request for new procurement and fill the Purchase requisition in ERP for approval of Manager Quality.
? Should be familiar with welding Technology & prepare welding documents.
? Familiar with welding standard EN-15085 documentation & External Audit compliance.
? Familiar for continuous improvement activity (5's, KAIZEN, POKEYOKE).
? Should be familiar with safety regulations
