Industry: Inflatable Structures / Defence Manufacturing

Role Summary

Responsible for quality inspection, testing, and documentation of inflatable structures and defence safety products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

? Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products

? Conduct pressure, leakage, seam/weld strength, and functional tests

? Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

? Maintain QC records, test reports, and inspection documents

? Perform root cause analysis and support CAPA

? Coordinate with Production, R&D, and vendors on quality issues

? Support final inspection and pre-dispatch checks

Qualifications & Skills

? Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Textile Engineering

? 2-6 years QC experience in manufacturing (inflatable / textile / defence products preferred)

? Knowledge of HF welding, sealing, bonding, and pressure testing

? Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and QC documents

? Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems

Preferred Exposure

? Fabric & coating inspection

? Defence QA / testing labs / third-party inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
