1-3 years Conduct in-process, pre-dispatch, and final inspection of
packaging machines
and assemblies.
Inspect mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components used in packaging machinery.
Verify machine performance parameters as per design and quality standards.
Review engineering drawings, BOM, and specifications to ensure inspection accuracy.
Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase teams.
Prepare QC documentation: inspection reports, NCR reports, test results, and compliance checklists.
Conduct incoming material inspections and ensure supplier quality compliance.
Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant packaging machine quality standards.
* Assist in customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and internal audits.
