Position: Trainee, Level - 1

Qualification & Experience

: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / BE, Btech Mechanical Engineering, 0 to 1+ year experience in CRGO/Lamination manufacturing industry /

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Norms Compliance:

Learn and apply standard quality norms related to CRGO lamination production. Support inspection activities to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.

Dimension Control:

Perform basic dimensional checks of CRGO laminations (thickness, length, width, burr, flatness). Record and report any deviation from tolerance limits.

Understanding Customer Specifications:

Assist in verifying product specifications against customer drawings or QAP/MQP. Learn how to identify out-of-spec conditions and escalate to supervisors.

Tolerance and Standards:

Understand industry-standard tolerances for CRGO products (e.g., 0.02 mm thickness). Follow proper documentation and tagging procedures for in-spec and out-of-spec materials.

Instrument Handling:

Operate basic measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and burr gauges under supervision. Ensure instruments used are within calibration validity.

Documentation Support:

Maintain logbooks, inspection sheets, and records as directed by the QA team. Assist in preparing basic reports for daily inspections or quality alerts.

Training & Learning:

Actively participate in training sessions on CRGO properties, quality procedures, and safety protocols.
Continuously upgrade understanding of QA tools, testing methods, and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
