Trainee Mechanical / QC Engineers

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location- GIDC, Gandhinagar sec 26

Qualification: BE(MECHANICAL)

Required Skills

: Basic Engineering Knowledge like Measuring units, Vernier Calipers, Production Process, SS/MS/AL Metals, Pump/Motors, Pneumatics etc.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement & Inspection

: Utilize precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Depth Gauges, and Sine Bars to perform accurate measurements of components. Conduct dimensional and angular inspections to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications. Material Handling & Process Understanding

: Gain familiarity with various materials including Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), and Aluminum (AL), understanding their properties and applications in manufacturing. Learn about production processes such as casting, machining, welding, and assembly to comprehend the lifecycle of mechanical components.

Mechanical Systems Exposure

: Assist in the assembly, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and pneumatic circuits. Understand the operation and troubleshooting of basic mechanical systems to support production and quality assurance activities.

Documentation & Reporting

Collaboration & Learning

: Work closely with senior engineers and technicians to learn best practices in mechanical engineering and quality control. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
