About the Role

We are hiring a

QC Engineer - Civil

to oversee quality control activities at both

construction sites and the RMC plant

. This role requires hands-on involvement in material testing, process control, compliance, and coordination with site and plant teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Site:

Monitor and ensure quality of civil works as per drawings, specifications, and approved methods Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing works Conduct on-site tests for concrete, cement, aggregates, and other materials Maintain inspection checklists, pour cards, test reports, and quality records Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions

RMC Plant:

Ensure quality control of raw materials, mix designs, and finished concrete Supervise batching, mixing, sampling, and testing as per IS codes Conduct and record slump tests, cube tests, and strength analysis Monitor calibration of plant equipment and testing instruments Maintain plant QC documentation, registers, and test logs

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of experience in

construction quality control and/or RMC plant

Good knowledge of IS codes, concrete technology, and testing procedures Ability to read drawings and specifications Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills Willingness to work at site and plant locations as required

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
