Job Description

Role Objective

To ensure that all civil construction works conform strictly to approved drawings, specifications, MES quality requirements, and Mecgale quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) Inspection and verification of materials, workmanship, and execution quality Conducting stage-wise inspections: PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing Coordination of laboratory and field tests (cube tests, slump, soil tests, NDT if applicable) Preparation and maintenance of QA/QC records, ITPs, checklists, MIRs, and test reports Identification of non-conformances (NCRs) and follow-up for corrective actions Liaison with client / PMC / MES quality inspectors during inspections Ensuring compliance with IS codes, MES specs, and approved method statements+ Testing of all Civil Materials as per IS Standards
