Job Description

We are seeking a QC Engineer with experience in building construction projects to ensure that all project activities comply with quality standards, specifications, and regulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring construction processes, and ensuring the final product meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality inspections of construction materials, processes, and finished work in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Ensure compliance with ISO, quality control, and safety standards throughout the project.

Monitor and review work done by contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, inspection logs, and certificates.

Identify quality issues or deviations from plans and work with site teams to resolve them.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement corrective actions when needed.

Inspect and approve the quality of materials before they are used on site and maintain appropriate records.

Develop and implement quality procedures, processes, and work instructions specific to each phase of the building project.

Conduct tests on materials, structures, and systems in line with project requirements.

Report findings to senior management and assist in the preparation of quality assurance reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3-5 years of experience in quality control for building construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).

Sound knowledge of quality control procedures, construction standards, and building codes.

Familiarity with inspection and testing procedures, including material testing, concrete, and structural inspections.

Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.).

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to identify potential quality issues early.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with site teams and management.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?36,353.97 per month
