Review daily in-process inspection reports, including heat numbers, dimensions, and specifications.
Prepare hydrostatic and dimensional inspection reports during shifts.
Witness hydrostatic testing, incoming material inspection, and maintain inspection records.
Ensure readiness of pipes before inspection and attend third-party inspections.
Monitor painting, stencil marking, and stamping of final products.
Prepare and maintain NCR records, repair, and rework status reports.
Track daily production quantity and process status of each pipe.
Assist in preparation of WTC, inspection checklists, and ISO audit documentation.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and achieve minimal rework with zero third-party rejection.
