Inspect raw materials, in-process stages, and final products as per quality plans and customer requirements.
Review MTCs as per standards.
Handle all NDT activities (DP, UT, RT) and pressure tests (Hydro, Pneumatic, Helium Leak).
Manage IMT equipment preservation and calibration.
Qualify welders as per standards.
Responsibilities
Perform stage-wise and final inspections.
Conduct NDT and pressure testing and prepare reports.
Identify non-conforming products.
Maintain calibration records for inspection/testing equipment.
Assist customer and third-party inspections.
Skills Required
Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to meet external inspection requirements.
