Role & Responsibilities :

Perform in-process inspections and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Conduct tests on electric motors, including performance, safety, and durability tests, to verify compliance with industry standards Work with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time and ensure product specifications are met Investigate product defects or process failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components used in motor manufacturing Use data analysis tools such as Six Sigma, SPC (Statistical Process Control), or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to optimize quality control processes Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001 ) and environmental regulations Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, quality audits, and corrective actions taken Prepare reports for senior management on quality performance, trends, and improvement activities

Key Skills Required :

Proven experience in quality control or quality engineering within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in using measurement tools and instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification Knowledge of quality management systems Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
