Qualification: B.E Mechanical Engineering.

Reporting to HOD
2 to 3 years of experience in Fabrication / Process Equipment's.
*Job Responsibility:
1) Inspection of Mechanical components like Sigma mixers, Plough mixers, ribbon blender, Liquid Agitators, Solid blenders, Double planetary mixer, high viscosity mixer, process Equipment's.
2) Preparation of Reports.
3) Testing the samples as per approved QAP
4) Ensuring QA/QC as per specifications and standards
5) Experience in Non-Destructive Testing.
6) Aware about ASME Standard codes.
7) Experience in Third Party Inspections.
8) Preparation of Quality Documents Responsible for making QMS document.
9) Assist department manager to deal with internal audit, external audit or inspection and track improvement.
10) Dealt with customer complaints.
11) Interact with manufacturing to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks.
Candidate Specification:
Candidate Description Excellent oral and written Communication skills PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a team environment. Local candidates will be preferable NDT Level, NDTLEVELII CERTIFIED
