Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent Quality Analyst to join our team working on a SME. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing content to ensure it meets established guidelines and standards. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the content. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze the content to ensure it meets established guidelines and standards
- Provide feedback according to the quality.
- Work collaboratively with project team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge of content workflows and formats
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
Contract length: 6 months
