Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Chemist to ensure the quality and consistency of our lubricant and grease products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods as per industry standards and internal specifications, ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine testing of base oils, additives, greases, and lubricants. Conduct physical and chemical tests such as viscosity, TBN, flash point, pour point, drop point, penetration, etc. Maintain proper documentation of test results, batch records, and certificates of analysis (COA). Ensure adherence to BIS/ASTM/IP test methods and internal SOPs. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments regularly. Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related QMS protocols. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with audit requirements.
