Perform routine and advanced chemical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished carbon products.
Analyze physical and chemical properties such as moisture content, ash content, carbon content, particle size, porosity, and pH.
Operate analytical instruments including spectrometers, chromatographs, titration setups, and thermal analyzers.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate lab reports, test records, and certificates of analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
Identify deviations or non-conformities and report findings to the QC Manager.
Process Support
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize processes.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on analytical results.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols in handling chemicals and carbon materials.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
