Verify the incoming raw materials (wheat and water) randomly to ensure they are placed in the correct bins. Conduct random cross-verification of the incoming raw materials (wheat and water) quality parameters against the raw materials' COA. Validate the weekly mill extraction sheet. Upload the washing recipe based on the reference from the weekly grinding plan in WINCOS. If there are any changes to the weekly washing recipe plan, implement the changes in WINCOS with the approval of the Manager QC. Monitor the quality parameters of the washing blended wheat (FCL, SCL, SDP, Before the First Break) and the addition of water (MYFC vs theoretical). Check the online blended wheat quality parameters - NIR value (Moisture, HL) - once per shift. Check the NIR value of the blended wheat before the first break once per shift. Verify the blended wheat consumption quantity on a batch-wise basis. Ensure that the quality does not degrade by more than 15 minutes during a recipe change from low grade to high grade. Verify that the flour bins are cleared (empty) before grinding. Monitor the online SFG quality parameters - NIR value (Moisture, Ash, color value, DG, granulation) - once every two hours. Verify the shift-wise break release and streamline analysis against the 4P sheet. Mark any deviations in SQC trends on a two-hour interval basis. Monitor the flow rate of additives once every four hours. Verify the daily line clearance and mill equipment cleaning and hygiene. Submit traceability with RCA and CAPA for any deviations or QBC. Upload the CPC recipe in WINCOS. Conduct mill-wise sieve tests for the FG products. Collect product samples for each Chakki atta stone, brand-wise. Verify incoming semolina samples for infestation. Monitor the stock of improvers against PR release. Verify the metal detector once every four hours. The following reports and records are to be reviewed and verified and necessarily forwarded to the appropriate persons at the time specified.
