To shift handover and takeover (Communication on the lab internal failure and process failure / HOD instruction / Testing follow-up and General lab activity)

v To participate lab daily meeting

v To routine verification of instrument & equipment (if anything not found as per the standard, to be inform to HOD)

v To inspection of work In-process as per given quality plan / as per HOD instruction

? External GC

? Granulation (GC)

? Ex-Kiln

? Ex-Destoner

? Ex-MRS

? Ex-Screener (FT and By-product)

? Ex-Dryer

Production Scope:

WTP / Boiler / Washing effluent water / RO plant

Stores scope

Stores (Packing material)

v To trouble shoot with operator / supervisor or PE / IPQA

? Granulation

? Destoner

? MRS

? Dryer

v To control of Non-conformance (at all related section / overall)

v To enter the results on-time in the related process log note

v Quality trend of the particular batch (particular shift) to be discuss with Lab in-charge or IPQA/ Shift in-charge

v In case of out of spec, to be discuss with Lab in-charge or IPQA / SI

v Disposal of tested sample / Used chemical container / Used lag note

v To maintaining lab 5S and House keeping

v To use PPE where applicable / To identify near miss / To subordinate safety

v Escalation matrix

? Lab-in charge or IPQA / Shift in charge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
