Job Duties:
Prepare Chemical batches as per formulation and BMR
Measure , mix and blend raw materials accurately
Conduct in-Process checks (pH , viscosity , density , etc)
Operate and maintain mixing equipment reactors
Maintain proper documentation of batch records and production data
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Follow safe chemical handling and waste disposal practices
