Collect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished flour as per QC standards.
Conduct routine laboratory analyses such as moisture, ash, gluten, protein, particle size, and microbial parameters.
Maintain accurate test records, lab worksheets, and daily QC logs.
Support calibration and proper maintenance of lab instruments.
Ensure hygienic lab practices and compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
Assist in monitoring production quality on the shop floor and report deviations immediately.
Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) for dispatch.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines while performing tests.
Coordinate with production for quality adjustments and corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Technology.
Basic knowledge of food testing methods and lab instruments.
Good documentation and observation skills.
Freshers to 2 years of experience preferred.
