Key Responsibilities:

Analytical Testing

: Conducting physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, and KF titration.

Documentation

: Maintaining accurate records of test results, calibration logs, and batch history in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Quality Assurance

: Assisting in the development and validation of analytical methods to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Equipment Calibration

: Performing routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accurate measurements.

Safety Compliance

: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper handling and disposal of chemicals.

Reporting

: Preparing and presenting analytical reports to senior management and quality assurance teams.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background

: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

: 0-2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to chemical analysis.

Soft Skills

: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
