*Experience: 6 -12 Months in R&D
Good understanding of instant food manufacturing processes
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced female candidate to join our R&D department in the Instant Food Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of instant food formulation (like noodles, pasta, ready-to-cook mixes), and hands-on experience with lab instruments such as pH meter, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and develop new instant food products like noodles, pasta, soups, etc.
Conduct shelf-life studies and product stability analysis.
Maintain proper documentation of all research activities.
Operate and handle lab instruments like pH meter, thermometer, viscometer, moisture analyzer, etc.
Work on recipe optimization and cost control techniques.
Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Hands-on experience in handling basic lab instruments
Strong analytical and documentation skills
