Finozol Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic BSc - Chemistry graduates for the position of QC Chemist Fresher. This role is ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career in the chemical industry and grow with a fast-paced, innovative company. As a QC Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses related to our lubricant products.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to viscometers, spectrophotometers, titrators, and chromatography systems.
3. Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions used in testing procedures.
4. Record and interpret test results accurately, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
5. Investigate and troubleshoot any deviations or abnormalities in test results, collaborating with the quality control team to address issues promptly.
6. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to support product development and process improvement initiatives.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in lubricants manufacturing and testing.
