.Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using various analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR).
- Learn and ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and SOPs in all laboratory activities.
- Support in investigations into out-of-specification results and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment under supervision.
- Learn to document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with experienced team members in the development and validation of analytical methods as needed.
- Participate in internal trainings and gain exposure to internal and external audits and inspections.
- Provide assistance to other departments, including manufacturing and R&D, under supervision.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Strong academic background in chemistry with coursework in analytical chemistry preferred.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
