Assist in daily production and fermentation processes of Kombucha.
Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
Monitor fermentation, carbonation, pH levels, and other key parameters.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare quality reports.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FSSAI regulations.
Coordinate with the superior chemist/manager for process improvements and troubleshooting.
Support R&D activities for new flavor development or process optimization.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Food Technology / Biotechnology or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
1 year experience in the beverage industry
(preferably fermented drinks, soft drinks, or similar).
