Qualification:

B Pharma, B.Sc or M.Sc

Analytical Testing:

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of finished goods, stability samples, and in-process materials using

HPLC

(Empower/Chromeleon software). Conduct assays, dissolution testing, impurity profiling, and related substance tests.

Instrument Calibration:

Execute routine calibration and preventive maintenance of HPLC systems and other lab equipment (UV, IR, Dissolution apparatus) according to defined schedules.

Documentation & Compliance:

Record raw data and results in real-time, adhering to

ALCOA+

principles and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and review analytical data for audit readiness.

Quality Investigations:

Identify and report Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and lab incidents. Participate in root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Method Validation:

Support analytical method validation (AMV), verification, and transfer activities for new or existing products as per ICH guidelines.
