PPAP Documentation , 8D ,APQP ,ISO/IATF & Supplier Audits ,Machining Process knowledge & Parts Supplier Development.

Handling Final & Online Inspection.

Supplier Quality Assurance

Handling Instruments Calibration

Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.

Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions.

New Product - Gauge selection.

Awareness upon different types of Measuring Instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Air gauge, plug gauge, snap gauge, PCD & run out, comparators, height, gauge etc.

Preparing and Solving of rejection problems, rework analysis by Q.C tools.

Make Layout inspection, SPC & MSA plan and study to be done against plan.

Handling COPQ.

Rejection control by using daily tracking concern.

Review Day to day inspection of parts at In-Process & First piece approval.

Quality management system Audit, internal audit for IATF , Supplier audit (ISO9001 & IATF 16949).

Prepare PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,RCA, why why analysis,
