Position- QC Assistant

Location: Kapadvanj

Experience : 2+ year in Construction cheial industry

salary: 25-35k

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join our QC team at the Umargam manufacturing

facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed adhesive quality analysis using lab

instruments to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet set specifications.

? Quality Control & Testing: Oversee the testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished

products to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes conducting stability studies and preparing

sample test panels. Address any quality issues or defects and implement corrective actions as

necessary

? Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical

Data Sheets (TDS), Ensure all documents and records are maintained in accordance with SOPs.

? Team Management: Lead and mentor the QC team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to quality

standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Indeed

? Customer Complaint Analysis: Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, analyze the

issues, and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in quality control within the construction chemicals industry, particularly

in testing and formulating products like tile adhesives, grouts, and waterproofing compounds.

Pay: ₹8,595.85 - ₹36,268.72 per month
