Job Description



We are looking for a

QC / Food Technologist

to join our team and ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control checks, process monitoring, and supporting product development activities.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI/ISO as applicable) Maintain and update quality records, reports, and documentation Perform laboratory testing (chemical, physical, and sensory analysis) Monitor production processes and recommend corrective actions Assist in new product development and process improvement Handle internal audits and support external audits Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices on the shop floor

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology

or related field 0-3 years of experience in QC or food manufacturing (freshers may apply) Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems Basic lab testing and documentation skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred



Experience in FMCG or food processing industry Male candidates preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
