Job Description

The QC Analyst will perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves operating analytical instruments, documenting results as per GLP/GMP, and supporting laboratory investigations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct testing using

HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution, KF, pH meter

, and wet chemistry techniques. Analyze raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with

GLP/GMP

. Perform instrument calibration and daily preventive maintenance. Assist in OOS/OOT investigations and result documentation. Prepare test reports and ensure timely completion of analysis. Follow safety protocols and maintain laboratory hygiene. Support method validation and stability studies when required.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with basic analytical instruments. Good understanding of

pharmacopeial methods (IP/USP/EP)

. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Knowledge of GLP/GMP and laboratory safety practices.
