We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst with a strong understanding of construction standards, QA/QC practices, and real estate delivery processes. The QC Analyst will ensure that all project sites and materials meet company quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct regular site inspections for civil and finishing works
+ Monitor material quality, installation standards, and workmanship
+ Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and track resolutions
+ Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
+ Maintain QC documentation, reports, and quality logs
+ Ensure handovers are executed with zero defects and complete compliance
Requirements:
+ Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in construction quality control (preferably real estate)
+ Sound knowledge of Indian building codes (IS codes), QA/QC methods, and audit processes
+ Familiarity with finishing materials, snagging tools, and reporting formats
+ Excellent documentation and site coordination skills
