Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

QA/Tester (T-SQL Expert)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong testing expertise, hands-on SQL skills, and proven experience in large

finance/banking data migration projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse requirements, design

test strategies

& develop detailed test plans. Create, execute & maintain

test cases/scripts

across functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Identify, document, and track

defects

; collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Perform

root cause analysis

& communicate findings to stakeholders. Contribute to

test automation

initiatives for efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams in an

Agile environment

. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

? 5+ years' experience in a

Test Analyst/QA role

(client-facing).
? Strong

T-SQL skills

for data selection & validation.
? Experience in

financial services

(retail & business banking highly valued).
? Hands-on with

large data migration & integration programs

.
? Knowledge of

test automation frameworks

& scripting languages.
? Experience with

Jira Xray, Confluence, defect tracking tools

(preferred).
? Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
? Willing to work

minimum 2 days onsite in Bangalore
