Your Role and Responsibilities
Looking for a QA/Test Developer to join the team 'Electronic support customer applications' (Electronic Service Agent, Microcode Data Collector, Service Agent Data Services)
The tester will be working on developing new test cases, enhancing the existing test scopes, automate the test suites, assisting developers in defect reviews and recreations. Would be a part of WW electronic client care organization and would be involved in designing & developing new test frame works for advanced analytics tools.
What you'll do:
Ensures the product is robust and failure scenarios are considered and refactored.
Collaborates with cross-functional team members on story development, from before definition through final deployment.
Performs exploratory testing using industry leading practices.
Discovers defects/bugs and works with coders to determine root cause and how to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
Drives adoption of test automation - unit tests, integration tests, functional tests
Works in an agile, and collaborative environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skills Required
SQL, Basic Linux and networking commands, QA Experience (Functional / Regression testing), test cases, test plan preparation. Programming languages(Java / Shell / Python), Jenkins, Scalability / Load testing, Test Automation (Selenium / Robot framework)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing
Extensive experience in writing test cases, test plans, and reporting defects
Hands-on experience in Test Automation
Product documentation review
Proven debugging and Problem-Solving skills
DevOps, Kibana, Kubernetes/Containers/Hybrid cloud, React JS is a plus
Should be able to take ownership of the tasks and handle them independently
Ability to work with local and remote teams
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven Knowledge of test processes, test development, test tools, test plan and execution records
Test Automation (Selenium / Robot framework)
DevOps, Kibana, Kubernetes/Containers/Hybrid cloud, React JS is a plus
