Job Description

? Creates test plans (functional and regression) ? Good understanding of software testing methodologies, processes and quality metrics ? Creates test cases (functional and regression) ?



Programming skills in Java ? Automates applicable test cases for regression testing ? Experience in Selenium, SoapUI or similar tools or as stated in Program tech stack requirements ? Performs testing ?



Identifies defects and work with scrum team on resolution ? Accountable for overall test quality (functional regression) ? Promotes environment of collaboration within the test team ? Provides input release milestones ?



Coordinates test planning and execution (FFT, SIT, CVT; performance tests, load tests, etc.) ? Provides reports related to product quality metrics ? Provides quality related inputs on go/no-go for every release (incl. promotion to INT, CVT prod environments) ?



Attends scrum ceremonies ? Updates status in Rally on a daily basis ? Ensures test cases cover 100% of new functionality ? Traceability from story cards to test cases ?



Takes part in sizing process ? ? Analyze Results:

Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and reliability problems. ? Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.



? Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements and understand use cases. ? Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior test engineers.
