Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify
WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records (WQT)
Ensure correct
joint preparation, fit-up, and welding consumables control
Monitor
welding parameters and interpass temperatures
as per WPS
Conduct
visual inspections (VT)
before, during, and after welding
Coordinate and witness
NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT)
and interpret reports
Verify
weld mapping, traceability, and welding logs
Inspect and verify
PWHT temperature charts and repair procedures
Maintain complete
welding inspection records and daily reports

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in
Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering

ASNT NDT Level II
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant experience in welding inspection within
industrial, refinery, or fabrication projects
